The TikTok for Business Videocast was designed to inspire and educate marketing, advertising, and communications professionals, bringing the B2B audience closer to the platform. The project featured conversations with industry experts, brand leaders, creators, and internal TikTok teams, exploring success stories, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.

I led end-to-end production management, coordinating with Brand Studio, Marketing, and external partners, while overseeing timelines, budgets, visual identity, scripts, and final deliverables.

The result was consistent, globally aligned content that strengthened TikTok for Business’s presence across LATAM and reinforced the platform’s role as a strategic business partner — not just a place for entertainment.

Campaign

Building on the success of the videocast in Brazil, we successfully expanded the project to Mexico, launching a local version that connected with the Mexican B2B audience. This expansion allowed us to showcase regional success stories, highlight market-specific trends, and further position TikTok as a key strategic partner for brands across Latin America.
